Who we are

Ochangaberg Ltd is a company registered in Kenya and based in Nairobi. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect and why

When you use the contact form we collect your name, email, and optionally your company, phone number, budget range and message. We use these only to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about. The legal basis is your request and our legitimate interest in answering it.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. If you become a client, records are kept as long as the law requires, for example for tax purposes.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. It is stored with our hosting and email providers, who process it on our behalf. Some providers may store data outside Kenya under safeguards the Data Protection Act, 2019 allows.

Your rights

Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019 you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC).
