Each country pack sets up the tax, payroll and payment rules of that country: statutory deductions and returns, electronic tax invoicing where required, local payment methods, currency and date formats. When rules change, we update the pack for every subscriber.
No. The payments module connects to your own merchant accounts, such as an M-Pesa Paybill or Till, Paystack or Stripe, or your bank. Funds go straight to you; we only read the transaction data to reconcile it.
Yes. Invoices, payroll journals and payments can be posted to your accounting system, so your accountant keeps working where they are comfortable. Or use Ochangaberg ERP as your full accounting system.
